This policy explains what personal information Become The GOTO collects when you visit becomethegoto.com, buy The GOTO Flywheel or book a call, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Short version: we collect what we need to deliver your purchase, run the site and stay in touch. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing team@mrahul.com.

1Who we are

2What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you order, and your answers to the short questions before booking a call.
Order details: what you bought, the amount and the date. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure form and are not stored by us.
Call details: the time you book, and notes from the call if you go ahead with one.
Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.
Cookies and pixels: small files and tags used to keep the site working, measure ads and show our ads to people who have visited before (see section 6).

3How we use it

To process your order and deliver the course, bonuses and anything you add at checkout.
To send your receipt, access details and emails about what you bought.
To schedule and run your GOTO Flywheel Build Audit if you book one.
To send marketing emails or messages, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To measure and improve our ads, pages and offers.
To prevent fraud, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations.

4Legal basis (EU, UK and similar regions)

We process your information to perform our contract with you (delivering your purchase), with your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), for our legitimate interests (running and improving the business), and to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

5Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that require them to protect it. These include:

Payment processing (for example Stripe or PayPal)
Our funnel, email, calendar and CRM platform (for example GoHighLevel)
Course hosting and file delivery
Advertising and analytics platforms (for example Meta and Google)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

6Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and target our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the checkout works.

7How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or download your personal information, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent. California residents can ask what we collect and request deletion, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. Email team@mrahul.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9International transfers

Our service providers may store information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

10Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

11Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be announced by email or on this page.
