Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use becomethegoto.com or buy anything from Become The GOTO. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
1Who we are
The site and products are provided by oneofzero LLC, trading as Become The GOTO, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: team@mrahul.com.
2What you're buying
- The GOTO Flywheel ($27): a short online course and five digital bonuses.
- Optional add-ons: the Self-Liquidating Funnel Template ($47) and the GOTO AI Team ($47), if you choose them at checkout.
- GOTO Flywheel Build Audit: a free call for buyers who qualify. It is optional and is not required to use what you bought.
- Done-for-you services: if you hire us after a call, a separate written agreement covers scope, price and terms. That agreement takes priority over these terms for those services.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may not include taxes that apply where you live. Digital products are delivered by email straight after payment.
3Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, share logins, republish, give away or sell the course, templates or AI tools, or present them as your own product. Templates you customise for your own business are yours to use.
4AI tools
The GOTO AI Team uses third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review everything before you use or publish it. You are responsible for how you use the output and for following the AI provider's own terms.
5No guarantee of results
We share our own experience and methods. Any numbers on this site describe our own results and are not typical. Your results depend on your offer, market, ad budget, effort and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, clients or ad performance, and "designed to cover its own ad spend" describes the goal of the funnel, not a guarantee.
6Not professional advice
Our materials are general education about marketing. They are not legal, tax, financial or advertising compliance advice. Check advertising platform rules and get professional advice where you need it.
7Payments, refunds and chargebacks
Payments are handled by our payment providers. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you have a problem with an order, please email us before filing a chargeback so we can fix it quickly.
8Calls and communications
By booking a call you agree to receive reminders by email or text. Message and data rates may apply. You can reschedule using the link in your invite, and opt out of marketing messages at any time.
9Intellectual property
All course content, templates, names, the GOTO Flywheel method and site content belong to Become The GOTO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
10Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, try to access it without permission, interfere with its security, or use our materials for anything unlawful or misleading.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
